Behind the design

Challenges I faced — and how I solved them.

Designing one product for iOS, Android and web meant constant trade-offs between consistency and platform-native feel. These were the hardest problems, and the decisions I made to resolve them.

What I'd do next Run moderated usability tests on the checkout, add a map-based pick-up picker, and prototype the in-trip experience (unlock, extend, support) to close the loop after booking.
